Order Fulfillment & Shipping
An order confirmation will be sent to your inbox immediately after your purchase is completed. Under normal circumstances, our team processes and dispatches orders within 1–2 business days, though please be aware that unforeseen logistics issues may occasionally cause delays. Once your package is in transit, delivery typically takes between 5–15 days business days, depending on your location and any local courier delays. We will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey, and you will receive automated updates when your order is shipped and successfully delivered.
Missing Confirmation Emails
If you haven’t received a confirmation email shortly after ordering, it is likely due to a typo in the email address provided at checkout. To expedite the process, please include your full name, shipping address, and the phone number used for the order.
Tracking Your Order
You can view the real-time status of your order at any time by entering your tracking code into our tracking portal. Tracking codes are sent via automated email, when you receive an email saying your order is on the way, there will be a tracking code inside of that email. As your package moves through our system, you will see the following updates:

Delivery Process
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress via our official tracking portal here: korajewelry.com/pages/tracking
There are 2 main phases in order delivery. First it gets sent from us to the local facility nearest to you, of the 'last mile courier' that has been selected for your order. Then the last mile courier delivers it directly to your shipping address. We use multiple different last mile couriers which are selected based on the location of the customer, such as Aramex, Aus Post, USPS, FedEx, etc.
The tracking code we provide you can be used to track it every step of the way.
We have multiple locations both internationally and domestically where orders are shipped from, and that is dependent on both the location of the customer as well as the availability of the pieces ordered in that area, so sometimes orders come from further away if there is no available stock in the location closest to the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@korajewelry.com as soon as possible.
Trouble Placing an Order
If you encounter issues placing an order, first ensure your internet connection is stable and allow the page extra time to load. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is taking longer than expected, please allow for potential transit delays caused by external factors. Once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost parcels, or address inaccuracies. We recommend first verifying that the shipping address provided at checkout is entirely correct; even minor omissions in the street address, apartment number, or postal code can prevent a successful delivery.

Orders Marked as "Delivered"
If your tracking status shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we suggest checking with neighbors and searching around the perimeter of your property. If the parcel does not appear after three business days, please contact/request assistance directly with the last mile courier of your order. If the issue is not resolved after taking these steps, contact us at hello@korajewelry.com within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date. We are happy to assist you through the recovery process.
