An item I want is sold out. Do you have a waitlist?

Yes. For any sold-out item, you will find a "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page. By entering your email, you will be the first to receive a notification the moment the piece is back in stock.

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

We are pleased to offer FREE complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days on average. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 5-15 business days, depending on your destination. Delays can occur due to the shipping & postage companies, which are out of our control, but rest assured we are here to support you and ensure you receive your order!

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

KORA is pleased to cover all customs duties and taxes for our customers worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally to most destinations, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe.

What is the order and shipping process?

Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

Processing: Your order will be processed and dispatched from our facility within a few business days.

Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your order's journey on our tracking page.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent the tracking code via email and instructions/link on where to track it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our fulfilment team works diligently to process orders promptly to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. As such, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

While we entrust our delivery partners with the final journey of your order, unforeseen transit delays can occasionally occur. We recommend first double-checking that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and our team will assist you in investigating the matter with our delivery partners.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package.

In the rare event your package is marked as delivered but is not found, we recommend checking surrounding areas and with neighbours. If the package does not appear within three business days, the next step is to file a claim directly with the local carrier. Please contact us within 7 business days, and we will provide guidance and support throughout this process.

There is a missing or incorrect item in my order.

In the rare event of an error with your order, please contact our team within 3 business days of delivery. To allow us to resolve this promptly, please include your order number and a photograph of the items received along with the shipping label.

How are refunds processed?
