At Kora Jewelry, we want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges on all pieces. To ensure a smooth exchange, please share your proof of purchase and a few photos of the item, which should be unused, in its original condition, and with any tags still attached. Our caring exchange policy is here for you up to 14 days after delivery. Simply reach out to us via email with your request, and we’ll guide you through the process with support.

Please know that refunds aren’t available for orders using discount codes or sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable, but we’re here to help you find something you’ll truly cherish. Just reach out, and we’ll support you every step of the way.

If, in the rare case, your piece has a crafting fault that we can’t replace or mend, we’ll gladly process a refund to make things right.
