At Kora Jewelry, we pour our heart into crafting jewelry of the highest quality. If you don't love it, return it for a full refund.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Kora Jewelry, we want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry.
To ensure a smooth exchange, please share your proof of purchase and a few photos of the item, which should be unused, in its original condition, and with any tags still attached. Our caring exchange policy is here for you up to 14 days after delivery. Exchanges are only available for any items that arrive damaged. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, or don’t like it, you do not qualify for a refund or exchange. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Simply reach out to us via email with your request, and we’ll guide you through the process with support.
Please know that refunds aren’t available for orders using discount codes or sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable, but we’re here to help you find something you’ll truly cherish. Only exchanges & store credit is available for products ordered with discount codes or sale items. Just reach out, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
All exchanges are considered final.
If, in the rare case, your piece has a crafting fault that we can’t exchange, replace or mend, we’ll gladly process a refund to make things right.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow between 2 to 10 business days on average, for the funds to land once they are sent from us, as they navigate through the banking networks.
KORA’s LIFETIME WARRANTY
In the event of significant gold or silver color issues, you are welcome to submit a warranty claim at any time. Upon approval, you will be eligible for either a direct replacement or store credit. Please note that store credit issued via a warranty claim is intended specifically for replacement purposes; these credits are considered final sale and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Kora Jewelry reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet our requirements.
Note: Mystery products and free promotional gifts are not covered under our warranty.

GIFTS
For items received as gifts, compensation is limited to store credit only. The value of the store credit will be calculated based on the actual price paid, including any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase. To qualify, items must have been purchased directly from korajewelry.com.
Manufacturing Defect Claims
If you receive a faulty item or experience a break caused by a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please note that store credit issued via warranty is intended for replacement purposes only, is considered a final sale, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.
For gifted jewelry, compensation is limited to store credit, which will be calculated based on the price paid after any promotional discounts. To qualify, the item must have been purchased directly from korajewelry.com. Please hold onto the damaged piece while your claim is being processed.
Note: Mystery items and free gifts are excluded from manufacturing warranty. Kora Jewelry reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty approvals.
