Jewelry Designer
- Location: Melbourne Head Office (Hybrid)
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 USD per annum + superannuation
The Role:
As a key member of our creative team, you will shape the aesthetic future of KORA. We are seeking an artist with a distinct design vision and a passion for storytelling to translate our brand ethos into tangible, timeless collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop new collections from initial sketch through to technical specifications.
- Create detailed CAD renderings and work closely with our production partners to ensure design integrity.
- Research and present new material innovations and trends that align with our commitment to ethical sourcing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative for each launch.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of professional jewelry design experience, preferably within a contemporary or luxury brand.
- A formal degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or a related arts field.
- Proficiency in Rhino, Matrix, or other relevant 3D modelling software is essential.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a sophisticated aesthetic and technical excellence.
Brand Communications Manager
- Location: Los Angeles Office (Hybrid)
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 USD per annum
The Role:
You will be the primary storyteller and voice of KORA across all channels. This role involves developing our content strategy, managing press relations, and cultivating our community of influencers and collaborators to elevate our presence in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated brand communications strategy across PR, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, stylists, and industry VIPs.
- Lead our influencer marketing program, from identification and negotiation to campaign execution and reporting.
- Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative.
Your Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in a communications or brand marketing role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in developing and executing high-impact PR and influencer campaigns.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a sophisticated and adaptable tone of voice.
Client Experience Specialist
- Location: Brisbane Office
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD per annum + superannuation
The Role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you are the voice and heart of KORA. This role goes beyond traditional customer service; it is about building relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and thoughtfulness of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound client inquiries via email, phone, and social platforms with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide thoughtful solutions to client issues, including order management, returns, and repair requests.
- Act as an expert on the KORA collection, providing styling advice and detailed product information.
- Compile and report on client feedback to provide insights for our product and marketing teams.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail, e-commerce, or hospitality.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar is highly regarded.
- A natural ability to connect with people and a passion for creating an exceptional experience.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
- Location: London Office (Hybrid)
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD per annum
The Role:
You will oversee the intricate journey our pieces take, from our artisans' hands to our clients' homes. This role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure our operations are as seamless and refined as our jewelry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders to manage inbound shipments.
- Oversee inventory accuracy across our 3PL warehouse and internal systems (e.g., Shopify, Cin7).
- Manage the fulfilment process to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Analyze shipping performance and costs to identify opportunities for optimization.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive and analytical problem-solver.
